Tuesday night’s finale of TelevisaUnivision’s drama reached 2.5 million Total Viewers 2+ during its one-hour telecast and made Univision the number two network on all of television.
The two-tier service will include a free AVOD product, ViX, launching on March 31, with 100 EPG channels and vast-content VOD experience; and also a SVOD option, ViX+, with premium content, set to launch in the second half of 2022.
Following a successful run that captivated the attention of 10 million viewers on Univision between October and November of 2020, the show will soon air in Mexico.
The two additions, Rob McGovern and Richard Bertodatti, will serve as Senior Vice President of Multimedia Sales and Senior Vice President of Multimedia and Audience Sales, respectively.
The new venture brings together market leadership across U.S. and Mexico, reaching 100 million Spanish speakers with the largest Spanish-language content library in the world.
