The project will serve as a coproduction between partners based in Germany, USA, the UK and Holland, all who will take on the creatin of three most episodes for the Amsterdam-based crime drama.
The new establishment, based in Weteringschans, will open its doors to up to 150 employees, who will help fulfill the growing demands noted in the European region.

Directed by Gustavo Taretto, who also created and wrote the series, "Amsterdam" will have ten 30-minute episodes and will be filmed over thirteen weeks in Mexico and Uruguay, under the corresponding sanitary measures.
