Wonderhood Studios explore the inside story of one of Hollywood’s most audacious and astonishing scandals in a 90-minute feature doc for BBC Two/BBCiPlayer & Fifth Season.

It is their latest acquisition, aimed at the US and UK markets. Under the agreement, the two-parter, produced by Manchester-based Enderley Pictures, will premiere in the US tonight. Meanwhile, Channel 4 acquisitions executive Felix Jones has pre-bought the documentary for the UK.

After his tenure at Fremantle leading the Spanish division of Documentaries and Factual, the executive joins the Spanish production company, where he will team up with Raquel Pérez and Israel López, who are responsible for Entertainment and Documentaries.

At this flagship event for the sector, 180 buyers from some forty countries will be able to discover more than 700 audiovisual programs covering all genres (drama, animation, documentary, live performance, and entertainment), presented by 56 distributors of French audiovisual works.

Produced by Belfast-based Stellify Media, "Titanic Sinks Tonight" (working title) aims to tell the astonishing story of the Titanic's sinking in real time. The title is made with support from Northern Ireland Screen with international funding from the series being provided by SPT, ARTE and SBS (Australia).
