Facebook News, the social network's dedicated section for news content, is launching in the United Kingdom. Channel 4 News, Daily Mail Group, DC Thomson, Financial Times, Sky News and Telegraph Media Group have already signed in.
The collection of story-time Facebook and Youtube videos, featuring former first lady, Michelle Obama authors, and other celebrities, debut on Monday, 29th June and will air Mondays and Fridays at noon.

While some giants saw an increase in revenue, such as Facebook, whose profit increased by 18%, and Alphabet's by 13%, other platforms such as Amazon experienced a drop in income from USD 3.6 million to USD 2.5 million and Twitter's stock fell by 7.8% by Thursday's closing despite its strong earnings during its first quarter in 2020.
