Turkish distributor Inter Medya announced that the successful daily drama “The Light of Hope” has been licensed in more than ten countries worldwide, as it will make its debut in Peru soon.
The 30 titles resulted in an approximated 70 million people in the U.S. as of Q1 2021. The platform hopes to release 45 originals to its catalog of over 40,000 titles this year.
The streaming platform, offering over 60,000 hours of content, will provide access to the titles, which include "A Horse Called Hope," "The Bill Collector," and "The Marshal," in varius regions worldwide, including France, the UK, Spain, and the US.
The new preschool programming block based on HumanCentric learning is set to launch on the platforms this Fall. The brand hopes to add nearly 50 new animated and live-action shows within its first two years.
The service's number of subscribers stands at 1.8 million subscribers, with a local market share of more than 32%. It hopes to reach a range of $120 million to $150 million in revenue. Projections indicate that the number of users will double over the next three to four years to around 4 million.
