The provider of integrated software solutions for digital TV operators and broadcasters, announced the commercial launch of Zapi, a new OTT platform for pay TV in Spain, for the Multimedia Operators Platform (PMO).

The agreement, which covers North America, the UK, and Irish regions, was negotiated by the distributor's Max Einhorn, VP of Acquisitions and Producers Sabrina Van Tassel and Philippe Bourbon.

The decision to license the show for both, CITV and Cartoon Network’s Boomerang follows a first publishing deal with Edizione Play Press. The show was produced in collaboration with Canada’s Digital Dimension, with TeamTO managing and distributing all licensing rights worldwide.

The series was created as a result of a partnership between RTÉ and ARTE France and will be hosted by one of Irish television presenter, Eoin Warner. Blue Ant International will oversee pre-sales and international licensing.
