Leading global broadcasters have picked up kids animation series; teen dramas; live-action series and Japanese animation series from Singapore based distribution and co-production company.
The collaboration will include co-production of local language content ranging from drama series and animation to variety shows on Disney+ for both Japanese and global audiences.
The world’s most in-demand TV show of 2021 was the Japanese anime series “Attack on Titan,” while the most in-demand series debut, as well as the most in-demand “revolutionary” title, was Netflix’s “Squid Game”.
Voting is open and nominees include the best and brightest in Japanese anime, representing nearly 40 anime studios across a record-high eight streaming platforms.
