Pay TV service revenue in Indonesia is set to grow from US$497 million in 2020 to US$633 million in 2025, at a compound annual growth rate (CAGR) of 5%, mainly supported by the growing DTH and IPTV subscriptions, according to GlobalData.
The jazz musical TV platform, distributed by Thema, will air on channel #95. It will be available on all of K+'s subscription packages, which include DTH, K+ TV Box, and App K+.
GlobalData’s data reveals that the overall pay-TV service revenue will continue to decline over 2020-2025, due to loss in cable and direct-to-home (DTH) subscriptions, declining aggregate pay-TV average revenue per user (ARPU) as well as growing subscribers’ preference for over-the-top (OTT) video platforms.
