The company presented its Q3 trading update for 2024, as it remains optimistic about future growth and profitability, buoyed by ITV Studios’ strong Q4 expectations and the continued expansion of ITVX.
“Double the Money” was commissioned for the first time outside the UK by WarnerBros Discovery’s Max in Denmark, “The Perfect Picture” Commissioned by SVT1 Sweden, taking the format to its seventh country.
As part of the deal, ITV Studios has also acquired a majority stake in the Belgium-based production services company Happy Duck, which services Eagle Eye’s global slate.
During the first day of the market, the company announced it will launch digital label Zoo 55 in early 2025, while it also sold dating format “My Mum, Your Dad” in Brazil and renewed its output deal with The Seven Network until 2029.
