Paramount Global has revealed that the Showtime team will be merging with the one from sister brand MTV Entertainment Studios. Within the combined entity, a new leadership structure has been set.

The show has been acquired by SBS for Australia, TVNZ in New Zealand, while in Europe, Virgin Media Television Ireland, TV4 in Sweden, and MTV3 in Finland.

Its catalog of factual content includes "White Winter - A Season on the Northern Alpine Rim," set to debut on Czech TV and Hungary’s MTVA, "Almighty and Poor - The Monks of Cluny," "Europe’s Forgotten Dictatorships" and "The American Führer," set to air on PBS America UK, among others.

The catalog of titles, which includes "Surreal Life," "Buckhead Shore," and "The Original Kids Of Comedy," among others, will air on multiple platforms.

The eight-part mystery series starring Jane Seymour was acquired by TV4 Sweden, TV2 Norway, MTV3 Finland, TV2 Denmark, Mediaset Italy, OTE Greece and AXN Mystery in Japan.
