The hand-drawn animation has been acquired by Canal+ France, ABC Australia, TVO-Kids! Canada, RTE Ireland, Mini Mini Poland, SVT Sweden, NRK Norway, S4C Wales and VRT Ketnet Belgium.
The lockdown comedy series has confirmed sales with been confirmed with Hulu, ABC in Australia for TV, and to Huanxi Media Group for all rights in China, with a brand-new deal with the UK’s BritBox for series 2, which will launch on the service this month.
CBS Grammy telecast reached 9.2 million TV and streaming views. In terms of weekly views, CBS was ahead averaging 4.9 million viewers in prime time, followed by NBC with 4 million, and ABC with 3.4 million.
The series is based on “Total Control," co-created by and stars Rachel Griffiths alongside Deborah Mailman. The studio currently holds over a dozen projects in various stages of production and development.
ARTE has picked up the title for French and German territories as well as National Geographic has acquired the series for channels in Asia, the Middle East, North Africa, Australia, NZ and the Pacific Islands and CMG for China.
