AMC Networks reported its financial results for the third quarter, with a “strong content engagement driving positive momentum throughout 2022,” according to its CEO, Christina Spade.
AMC Networks announced it is strategically realigning its commercial revenue and distribution functions under centralized leadership. The integrated team will be led by Kim Kelleher.
Former Chief Operating Officer and Chief FInancial Officer to Chief Executive Officer, Christina Spade will now serve as Chief Executive Officer, while Patrick O’Connell has been appointed to Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer.
The interim CEO of AMC Networks, Matt Blank, said the company has no plans at the moment to launch ad-supported tiers of its streaming services Shudder, Acorn TV and AMC+.
