El ejecutivo, ex Globo, llega para acelerar los proyectos de transformación digital del medio de comunicación fundado en 1875 y que está online desde 1995.

Belmar, quien actualmente es Director de Finanzas, Jurídico e Infraestructura de Globo, adiciona a sus funciones la conducción de Productos Digitales y Canales Pagos que estaba a cargo de Brêtas.
