Gerhard Zeiler, President of International for Warner Bros. Discovery, announced a new global leadership structure for the company following various executive departures and restructurings.

Andrew Georgiou has been named as the head of Warner Bros. Discovery’s media business in the UK and Ireland. He also retains his position as President and Managing Director of WBD Sports Europe.

Gerhard Zeiler is expected to share insight into Warner Bros. Discovery’s transformation post-merger as well as lay out the company’s worldwide content and streaming strategy.

The move, confirmed by WBD President of International Gerhard Zeiler, concludes Blair's 25-year tenure with the company.
