Steve North, currently Chief Programming Officer, will assume the newly created role of Chief Content Officer to oversee overall content strategy, whilst Hilary Rosen will assume the creative lead for UKTV’s originations.

The award recognises the show’s long-standing commitment to developing new talent behind the scenes. Its production processes have helped launch the careers of many leading figures in both the UK and international film and television industries.

The executive will join the team responsible for creating some of UKTV's most successful drama series including "Annika," "Traces," "The Diplomat," "We Hunt Together" and "Ragdoll," as well as other recently announced commissions.
