Veteran industry executive Julien Leroux has announced the launch of Paper Entertainment, a new London-based company focusing on developing, financing and producing TV content in partnership with talent and producers around the world.

The series, which is distributed worldwide by Cineflix Rights, will receive a world premiere at the festival next month.
