El título es una producción de Jupiter Entertainment ("Snapped") y Bender Brown Productions ("Seven Seconds") para A&E. Patrick Reardon, Brian Nashel y Eric Wetherington son productores ejecutivos por parte de Jupiter Entertainment, y el proyecto fue desarrollado para la productora por Chris Spry.
