Magic Light Pictures is featuring its 13th Christmas Special for the BBC, and the film's producer, Barney Goodland, highlights the creative journey behind the new adaptation of Julia Donaldson and Axel Scheffler's book.

Adapted from Julia Donaldson and Axel Scheffler’s bestselling book, the half-hour animated special follows the success of last year’s “Tiddler,” which reached 11.3 million viewers after becoming the top-rated Magic Light Pictures film on Christmas Day since 2009.

Featuring exciting new characters and locations, Pip and Posy’s Spooktacular Party sees the loveable duo team up with their friends for a spine-tingling autumnal Halloween celebration.
