Branco, previously country manager for WBD in France, Benelux, and Africa, will take on his new role at the TF1-owned company in April. 

European production and distribution company Newen Studios has acquired a majority stake in the independent production company Felicita, established and led by Marie Guillaumond.

The catalog includes European productions from companies such as CAPA, Real Lava, Rise Films and De Mensen, including The Territory, "Miracle n°71," and "All that Breathes," among various others.

Newen Studios, one of the main European players in production and distribution, acquired Anagram, one of the leading drama production companies in Scandinavia.

Previously Deputy Managing Director of Newen Studios, Pugacewicz will now oversee the Mergers & Acquisitions and Legal and Human Resources departments.
