The home renovation show featuring Julio Iglesias' eldest children, Chábeli and Julio Iglesias Jr, premiered on the night of July 9 on TVE's La 1 in Spain, with ratings and share that doubled its competitors' offerings. The show, “Los Iglesias, her-manos a la obra,” produced by Beta Entertainment Spain, a company affiliated with Beta Film in Spain, led its time slot with 1,051,000 viewers and a 15.2% share, reaching over 3.4 million unique viewers, according to Kantar Media measurements.

Julio Iglesias' children star in this show, recorded between Miami and Spain, in which they renovate and refurbish the homes of internationally renowned celebrities such as Luis Fonsi, Arantxa Sánchez Vicario, Emilio and Gloria Estefan, Beatriz Luengo and Yotuel, Ana Obregón, and Isabel Preysler, their own mother. The program airs weekly in prime time on TVE's La 1 and on its platform RTVE Play.

Chábeli Iglesias Preysler is an expert in the world of decoration, her great passion, in which she has worked in the United States for the past 20 years. Her brother Julio is a true handyman, with extraordinary ability, vision, and skill for renovations.

The premiere of the show, which focused on the Miami home of Latin artists Yotuel and Beatriz Luengo, benefited from the lead-in provided by the semifinal of the UEFA European Championship, in which Spain defeated France, achieving a fantastic 70.7% share and more than 11 million viewers. In each episode of "Los Iglesias, her-manos a la obra," the two protagonists study the case and needs of a celebrity who comes to them seeking help with their problems, whether in the United States or in Spain. A new kitchen, dampness in the garage, setting up a garden for the arrival of a baby, or restoring and decorating the outdoor areas of a mansion are some of the tasks that Chábeli and Julio Iglesias Jr. face in this first season of the show.

Their relationship with the celebrities goes beyond being service providers or clients. Due to their own status as “famous,” they have been able to access worlds closed off to many others, and from a perspective never before seen with them on TV. The Iglesias siblings were the protagonists of the documentary reality show "Papá cumple 80 años," which TVE successfully aired in 2023 to celebrate the eightieth birthday of the most international Latin singer.

Javier Pérez de Silva, Jacobo Eireos, and Christian Gockel are the executive producers of the series for BETA Spain, and the directors are Carlos Hierro and Elena Zapata.
