All3Media hired Cassie Metcalf-Slovo as Head of Literary Acquisitions

All3Media has named Cassie Metcalf-Slovo, former MTLS Literary Scouts executive, as their new Head of Literary Acquisitions. In her role, she will report to COO Sara Geater, focusing on identifying content, such as books and podcasts, for potential adaptation by All3Media's scripted labels, both within the UK and globally.

Previously, Metcalf-Slovo led Film and TV Scouting at MTLS Literary Scouts, where she spent eight years sourcing and recommending titles to a network of film and TV producers. Her role involved advising on IP acquisition, trends, bestsellers, and pricing for options, helping producers navigate the publishing world. Before MTLS, she worked for three years in Working Title Films’ production department. Her career began at the Aitken Alexander literary agency, where she advanced from an assistant role to a junior agent position.
