RedBird IMI has completed the acquisition of All3Media, the independent television production and distribution company, previously co-owned by Warner Bros. Discovery, Inc. and Liberty Global Ltd. The transaction, valued at £1.15 billion, marks RedBird IMI’s largest deal to date and has received regulatory approval from the United States, United Kingdom, and Germany. Jeff Zucker, CEO of RedBird IMI, became chairman of All3Media's board. Jane Turton, CEO of All3Media, along with COO Sara Geater, will continue to lead the company under RedBird IMI’s ownership.

Based in London, All3Media encompasses 50 production labels. These include Studio Lambert, Raw, Two Brothers Pictures, Silverback Films, New Pictures, and Neal Street Productions. The company produces shows such as "The Traitors," "Squid Game: The Challenge," "Gold Rush," "Midsomer Murders," "American Nightmare," "The Circle," "Call the Midwife," "The Tourist," "Life On Our Planet," "The Long Shadow," and "Gogglebox." All3Media’s library covers a wide range of genres, including thrillers, detective series, soap operas, comedies, costume dramas, true crime, documentaries, features, children’s programming, and reality TV. The group operates in the UK, U.S., Germany, the Netherlands, Belgium, and New Zealand, producing 4,000 hours of content annually for various platforms. All3Media International manages a distribution catalog exceeding 30,000 hours, while its digital arm, Little Dot Studios, enhances audience engagement through social video, podcasts, and branded content.

RedBird IMI was established just over a year ago with the ambition of creating a global media enterprise spanning news, entertainment, and sports. This acquisition is the fifth and largest investment for RedBird IMI, adding to its portfolio that includes the scripted production company Media Res, the unscripted production company EverWonder Studios, the children’s entertainment firm Hidden Pigeon Company, and the digital news outlet Front Office Sports. Financial advisory for RedBird IMI and RedBird Capital Partners was provided by RedBird Advisors, with Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher LLP acting as legal advisors. JP Morgan served as the financial advisor to Warner Bros. Discovery and Liberty Global, with DLA Piper as their legal advisor.
