Apple TV´'s "Severance" has been renowed for a third season

Apple TV+ has announced that the hit thriller series "Severance" has been officially renewed for a third season. The news was confirmed by executive producer and director Ben Stiller, who expressed his excitement about continuing the critically acclaimed show. The first two seasons of the title, which have garnered widespread acclaim and multiple awards, are currently available for streaming globally on Apple TV+.

The Emmy and Peabody Award-winning series, hailed as one of the best TV shows of the past decade, follows Mark Scout (played by Emmy nominee Adam Scott) and his team at Lumon Industries, who have undergone a revolutionary severance procedure that surgically separates their work and personal memories. As the boundaries between these two worlds begin to blur, Mark finds himself at the center of an unraveling mystery that challenges the nature of his work—and himself.

Season two of "Severance" deepened the intrigue as Mark and his colleagues grappled with the dangerous consequences of tampering with the severance barrier, leading them further into a path of suspense and revelations. Alongside returning cast members, season two introduced new series regulars Sarah Bock and Ólafur Darri Ólafsson, adding fresh dynamics to the gripping narrative.
