Folivari International has launched the production for "Baker Street Four", an original animated series co-produced by Folivari and Blue Spirit Productions. This milestone follows the signing of a coproduction agreement with the German public broadcaster ARD, reinforcing a key European partnership in the development of the project.

A premium 6-10 animation series inspired by the Sherlock Holmes universe, "Baker Street Four" (12x26’) is based on the successful French comic book series "Les Quatre de Baker Street", written by Jean-Blaise Djian and Olivier Legrand, and illustrated by David Etien. The series delves deeper into the world of Arthur Conan Doyle’s novels, following a band of street urchins - Charlie, Tom, Billy, and their loyal cat Watson - who act as Holmes' eyes and ears on the ground. "Baker Street Four" is directed by rising French talent Francis Canitrot and is set for delivery in 2027.

With the support of French broadcaster Canal+ and German network ARD, "Baker Street Four" is a major European coproduction, highlighting the ongoing collaboration between leading animation studios and public broadcasters across the continent.
Melissa Vega, Folivari International’s Head of Acquisitions and International Sales, will be attending Kidscreen to finalize partnerships for the remaining open territories and solidify the global rollout for this anticipated TV program.

“We’re thrilled to kick off production on the series, thanks to ARD’s greenlight! We strongly believe that Baker Street Four will be a great success. We want the children to discover this series as their first co-viewing experience - one that brings the whole family together through thrilling investigations filled with comedy and adventure,” said Melissa Vega.
