Calinos Entertainment has secured a new deal in Brazil with Globo’s Viva Channel for one of its most sold and well-known romantic dramas "The Girl named FERIHA". The first episode of the series had been broadcasted on August 12t.
Produced by Medyapim, the Turkish title star by Hazal Kaya, Cagatay Ulusoy, Vahide Gordum, follows the story of a girl, who comes from a poor background. Feriha is awarded a scholarship at an elite university, where she meets a wealthy playboy - Emir Sarrafoğlu (Cagatay Ulusoy). Feriha lies about her life due to the fear of being rejected. In time they fall in love but as their affection for one another grows, Feriha becomes even more trapped in her own lies.
Among its multiple and previous sales, Calinos has secured deals for the title in India and Africa (French-speaking countries).
