CBC, Canada’s leading podcast network, is launching a new lineup of original shows this fall, featuring compelling investigative reporting and candid personal storytelling. CBC’s full podcast library is available on CBC Listen and all major platforms, with select titles also streaming on YouTube.

The season kicks off with “Uncover: Dirtbag Climber”, a five-part series that follows local reporter Steven Chua as he investigates the unsolved murder of “Jesse James,” a rock climber with multiple identities found dead in Squamish, BC.

“See You in Court” dives into Canada’s most memorable courtroom battles, exploring cases that have shaped everyday life. Host Falen Johnson teams up with journalists to tell the stories of convicts, troublemakers, and ordinary citizens who challenged the law, revealing the ways these trials have left a lasting impact on society.

Season 4 of “Love Me” celebrates human connection in all its beauty and chaos. Host Lu Olkowski examines everything from grief to romantic misadventures, offering intimate, award-winning documentary storytelling that explores what it means to belong.

In “Understood: The Making of Musk”, Jacob Silverman traces the roots of Elon Musk’s extraordinary drive, from his upbringing in Apartheid South Africa to his ambitions to colonize Mars.

“Forged” investigates the largest art fraud in history, as host Adrian Stimson uncovers a sinister network of forged Morrisseau paintings spanning continents, revealing a complex web of deception, profit, and even suspected murder.

“The Devil You Know, with Sarah Marshall”, revisits the Satanic Panic of the 1980s and 90s, exploring how false narratives of cults and ritual abuse affected countless lives.

Finally, “Uncover: Allison After NXIVM” tells the story of Allison Mack, the former Smallville actress entangled in the NXIVM cult.

CBC’s ongoing podcast roster continues to include popular series like “Crime Story”, hosted by Kathleen Goldhar, as well as “Commotion with Elamin Abdelmahmoud”, “The Dose”, “Front Burner”, “Q with Tom Power”, and “Sickboy”, offering weekly episodes that cover everything from true crime and high-profile trials to under-the-radar stories.
