Dandelooo to adapt kids book series “Gaston’s Emotions” for television

Dandelooo is set to adapt the hugely successful children’s book series “Gaston’s Emotions” to television. Based on the enchanting books written by author and illustrator Aurélie Chien Chow Chine and published by Hachette Enfants, the books featuring the cutest unicorn with a rainbow-colored mane have sold over 900,000 copies in France alone over the past three years and has been translated into 24 other languages.

The preschool comedy series which teaches children to identify emotions and manage them effectively is currently being developed by Aurélie Chien Chow Chine, Chloé Sastre and Romain Gadiou, and Dandelooo will hold worldwide distribution rights to the animation series.

Gaston is a young unicorn who is a little different.  He has a rainbow-colored mane which is magical. His mane changes color as soon as a strong emotion overwhelms him such as anger, sadness, or even joy for example.
