Deaplaneta Entertainment appoints Alessandra Dematteis In Italy

DeAPlaneta Entertainment has welcomed Alessandra Dematteis as Head of Media Sales for the company’s Kids & Family division in Italy. Under her new role, she will also oversee operations in Greece, Turkey and Asia. "Alessandra is a young and also extremely talented leader in the children's and family entertainment," Carlos Biern, Distribution and Content Director of DeAPlaneta Kids & Family, said. "Her long expertise over animated and family content in Italy and overseas will be of invaluable help in consolidating DeAPlaneta Kids & Family's position".

Dematteis will implement years of extensive experience in the production and distribution of children's and family content, reflected through her work in Italian publishing and transmedia entertainment company Atlantyca. Atlantyca, which has offices in Italy and Beijing, China, is the producer of series as "Geronimo Stilton”, “Bat Pat” or “Berry Bees”, among many others.
