ELECTRIC ENTERTAINMENT ACQUIRES "HOUNDS OF WAR", STARRING FRANK GRILLO

Electric Entertainment announces the international acquisition of “Hounds of War,” starring Frank Grillo (“Captain America”, "The Purge" franchises, “Kingdom,” “Boss Level,” “Hitman’s Wife’s Bodyguard”). The action-packed adventure film is about a group of fierce mercenaries who take on jobs that are considered impossible.  After a mission goes terribly wrong due to a shocking betrayal, only one of them is left alive to avenge his fallen brothers. The shooting of the film will begin this Fall on location in Malta.

The film is a co-production between Trilight Entertainment’s Shayne Putzlocher and Jaggurnaught’s Jean Pierre Magro, Pedja Miletic and Aaron Briffa. Also produced and co-financed by Sara Shaak of Anamorphic Media, directed by Lowell Dean (“Wolf Cop”) and written by Jean Pierre Magro(“Blood On The Crown,” “Bulgarian Rhapsody”).  Executive Producers are Frank Grillo, Nika Finch and Polina  Pushkareva.
