GO-N hit series "Simon" scores big in Asia for the Year of the Rabbit

The French company expands in the APAC region, at a time when the preschool IP "Simon" strengthens globally, supported by the release of Season 4.

Already present in the region, with programs broadcast on EBS (Korea), NHK (Japan), TVNZ (New Zealand), Netflix, GO-N international preschool hit show "Simon Super Rabbit" is lining up a growing number of broadcasters, especially in China and Korea and appoints Licensing agents in both countries.

Following successful broadcasting on Chinese giant public channel CCTV (on CCTV-Kids), in 2022 and rerun in 2023 where it reached the top 5 of most popular children programs, the three Seasons of "Simon" produced by Parisian prodco GO-N Productions are now airing on Tencent, Youku, Iqiyi, Huawei, Xiaomi and approximately 40 streamers and IPTVs all over Mainland China.

NEW SEASON
Season 4 with Simon as Super Rabbit is ready to launch, and it will increase the series popularity. In addition, the new season was just selected to the prestigious Magnolia Awards competition at 28th Shanghai TV festival to be held next June live. Next step is Licensing and Merchandising, and GO-N has appointed LIVE FUN Cultural Media (Beijing) Co. as exclusive agent to represent the IP in Mainland China.

In South Korea, following successful broadcast of the three Season of "Simon" last year, EBS (Educational Broadcasting System) acquired Season 4 of "Super Rabbit" and is currently broadcasting it. It will be followed later this year by JEI TV (April 2023) and DAEKYO TV (June 2023), two of the most important players in Kids TV. In addition, and to accelerate presence and popularity of the brand, GO-N has appointed ASIANA Licensing Inc. as official agent in Korea for Licensing and Merchandising.

“Simon” (204×5’ – 4 seasons of 52 episodes) is the super energetic, super charismatic and mega-mischievous little rabbit. Season 4 focusing on Super Rabbit explores the rich imaginary world of Simon and his friends when they play at being super heroes.
