On the first day of MIP Cancun 2019, Turkey based distribution company Inter Medya announced two deals for the series “Mrs. Fazilet and Her Daughters”: the successful Turkish drama has been licensed to Panama and Honduras.

With a captivating and intriguing plot, “Mrs. Fazilet and Her Daughters” tells the story of a mother with a life-long dream of becoming wealthy. After her husband’s death, she moves to a small house with her two daughters and her failed dreams. However, a new life will start for Mrs. Fazilet and her daughters when they find themselves absorbed in the lives of a rich and known Istanbul family.

“We are happy to be back at MIP Cancun. Latin America has become a very important territory and MIP Cancun is one of the most important showcases for us. We are excited to announce our recent agreements in Panama and Honduras. ‘Mrs. Fazilet and Her Daughters’ has stolen the hearts of millions with constant high ratings and it is certain that it will do great in these territories,” said Beatriz Cea Okan, VP and Head of Sales and Acquisitions of Inter Medya.

OTHER NEW HIT SERIES ADDED TO INTER MEDYA’S CATALOGUE

Inter Medya has closed a deal with three major companies to represent their hit drama series “Ramo,” “The Light of Hope” and “Loved You Once”. These series are the latest addition of the company's lineup for MIP Cancun.

With its premiere set for late November, “Ramo” marks as the first drama series that BKM and Inter Medya have partnered together with. The series tells the extraordinary story of Ramo, inspired by a real person, a man who goes against his superiors. It’s a story that encompasses the deep conflicts of family, justice, revenge, friendship and love.

A recent contract with Green Yapım and Hacıyatmaz for the new daily series titled “The Light Of Hope,” is being unveiled at this year's MIP Cancun for the first time. This is a heartbreaking story about a mother, a father and a child overcoming obstacles, to find each other and become a family again.

Focus Film's daily drama series “Loved You Once” has earned a great reputation for the station since its launch this year and is now making waves in the international market. The show is about ambition, arrogance and socio-economic differences, with lies and secrets that want to destroy not only the lives of Aslım and Ozan but also the lives of their families.
