The original Dog Whisperer team, Kay Sumner, Melissa Jo Peltier, and Sheila Emery have come together with Rive Gauche Television and will produce the new series starring Colleen Steckloff as the new "Dog Whisperer". SueAnn Fincke who was nominated best director for the original show by the Directors Guild plus three Emmy nominations and People’s Choice Awards will be back to direct the series.
Colleen Steckloff who worked directly with Cesar Millan is a world-renowned dog trainer. She has 20 years of international dog training experience and owns her own pet rehabilitation and training facility, LAK9s.
The new "Dog Whisperer" will feature Colleen with the help of her husband and young son, solving difficult dog behavioral issues and creating better relationships between dogs and their owners.
