Deep Fusion Films, the production company and innovative technology specialist, has announced a strategic management partnership with ARC Partners. Bi-coastal ARC Partners—led by Founder and Partner Collin Reno (New York) and Co-Founder and Partner Ivo Fischer (Los Angeles)—provides management and advisory services to U.S. and U.K. studios, branded entertainment companies, production firms, and creative talent.

Through this partnership, ARC and Deep Fusion aim to expand collaborative networks across the U.S., strengthen strategic relationships with buyers and production partners, and further reinforce Deep Fusion’s internationally recognized leadership in AI policy, ethics, and legislation.

Collin Reno, Founder & Partner at ARC Partners, praised their partners: "Deep Fusion’s unique approach—where cutting-edge technology meets compelling storytelling, underpinned by a strong ethical commitment—really stood out to us,’ said Reno. ‘Their blend of creativity and innovation aligns perfectly with our expertise in guiding clients through change and building strategic partnerships. Together, we’re focused on supporting Deep Fusion’s ambitious initiatives, unlocking new opportunities, and thoughtfully shaping the future of content in an evolving media landscape" commented.

Meanwhile, Benjamin Field, Co-Founder and CEO of Deep Fusion, focused on the use of media and responsible AI: "Deep Fusion has grown rapidly over the past few months and, as we enter this new frontier of media innovation, we need to work with people who see a different way of operating within the traditional landscape—people unafraid to break with convention to forge a new path. I’ve known Ivo for a couple of years and have huge respect for the way both he and Collin think. I’m genuinely excited to be partnering with ARC as we continue to build something meaningful at the intersection of media and responsible AI," stated.

Since its founding in 2023, Deep Fusion has authored multiple policy papers on AI, positioning itself as a key contributor to national and international governments, working groups, and roundtable discussions. This work addresses the emerging ethical, legal, and sustainability challenges surrounding AI use, with the goal of creating a fair and equitable environment for the deployment of the new technology.

In addition, Deep Fusion is actively driving the conversation around generative AI’s (genAI) impact on the entertainment industry—examining its ethical gray zones, risks to intellectual property, and the dangers of prioritizing speed over storytelling. In what is believed to be an industry first, Deep Fusion’s genAI workflow has been granted insurance coverage, allowing clients and partners to collaborate confidently, knowing their risks are ethically, creatively, legally, and commercially managed.

Deep Fusion’s mission is to achieve strong, responsible growth in a sector increasingly shaped by both the promise of AI and anxiety over its disruption of traditional business models. The company is committed to creating jobs, building capacity, and placing talented people at the center of technological change.

Delivering on this vision, the company launched Deep Fusion Technologies in May and announced its first product: "Verbl". An AI-supported transcription, translation, and dubbing service, "Verbl" combines ethically driven, fully licensed machine efficiency with human oversight to ensure accuracy, cultural sensitivity, and editorial integrity—helping content reach and resonate in global markets.

As part of this tech expansion, Obinna Emmanuel Obi-Akwari has been appointed as the UI/UX Media and Innovation Lead for the new division. This follows the April appointment of Charissa Coulthard—formerly of ITV and the BBC—to the newly created role of Development Executive. Coulthard is tasked with shaping the next generation of unscripted formats across Deep Fusion’s digital-first and traditional broadcast slates.
