Silverlining Rights sealed new presales for "Superhomes" franchise

Silverlining Rights has announced a raft of presales for its "Building Superhomes" franchise. "Building Britain’s Superhomes" (Seasons 1 & 2, 6x60’, Gosh TV for Channel 4, UK) follows maverick property developer Guy Phoenix as he creates multi-million-pound luxury homes for the mega-rich: supersized mansions with grand entrance halls, colossal bedrooms, show-stopping staircases, and opulent swimming pools.

Following multiple international sales of Season 1 of the show, Silverlining has presold the expanded four-episode Season 2 to TVNZ (New Zealand), TV2 (Denmark), RTL (Netherlands), and DPG (Belgium). Silverlining has also presold spin-off "Building Monaco's Superhomes" to RTL (Netherlands), TV2 (Denmark), TVNZ (New Zealand), and Prima (Czech Republic).

In "Building Monaco's Superhomes" (2x60’, Gosh TV for Channel 4, UK), Guy Phoenix takes on his biggest challenge yet—in one of the most luxurious and glamorous regions of the world, Monaco. The two-part special follows his transformation of a £20 million apartment and rooftop terrace with unrivaled views over the famous harbor and racetrack into a sumptuous venue fit for royalty in time for the Monaco F1 Grand Prix.
