Studio Lambert, the unscripted production powerhouse behind global hits like "The Traitors" and "Squid Game: The Challenge," has strengthened its leadership ranks with the promotion of Toni Ireland to Deputy Creative Director and the appointment of Stephen Lovelock as Executive Producer. The senior additions underscore the company’s commitment to creative innovation and ambitious output in the unscripted genre.

Toni Ireland, who has spent seven impactful years at Studio Lambert, rose through the ranks after developing and executive producing "The Circle" for both Channel 4 and Netflix, and steering the first two seasons of "The Traitors" for BBC and Peacock. Most recently, she served as showrunner on Netflix’s "Squid Game: The Challenge." Her experience also encompasses live entertainment formats such as "Saturday Night Takeaway," "I’m A Celebrity: Extra Camp," "Love Island," and "Celebs Go Dating."

Stephen Lovelock arrives from Remarkable Entertainment, boasting an extensive unscripted portfolio that includes "Survivor UK," "Richard Osman’s House of Games," "The Wall," "Big Brother," "I’m a Celebrity… Get Me Out of Here!," "The Cube," "Deal or No Deal," and "The Million Pound Drop." His recent credits include leading the delivery of a 120-episode series of "Deal or No Deal" and overseeing "Soccer Aid 2025."

Toni Ireland and Stephen Lovelock will report directly to Creative Director Tim Harcourt. Studio Lambert’s Chief Creative Officer, Tim Harcourt, praised the appointments, stating: “As our business continues to grow, the need for outstanding senior talent becomes ever more important. Toni has consistently proven herself to be a brilliant editorial leader since joining us seven years ago. I’m thrilled she’s taking on this expanded role. Stephen is second to none at crafting clever and compelling formats and to have him join the team is a real boost to our creative firepower. I can’t wait to see the impact they’ll both have on our next wave of shows.”

The strategic bolstering of its unscripted leadership aligns with Studio Lambert’s aggressive development agenda, as it continues to expand both its format reach and creative output. The company’s rise in the global media landscape—including its #3 ranking by turnover among independent UK production companies and multiple Best Independent Production Company awards—is built on its track record of producing innovative, internationally resonant unscripted formats. With Ireland and Lovelock now at the creative helm, Studio Lambert is well-positioned to deliver its next generation of breakout unscripted hits.
