The company will present an extensive slate of dramas and premium factual, in addition to a formats portfolio featuring acclaimed unscripted and scripted hits ready for local adaptation. 

ARTE, Nat Geo, Netflix, Paramount, and Prime Video are among the top-nominated companies featured in the 2025 competition. Additionally, the ceremony will honor industry veteran Cris Abrego as a Realscreen Hall of Fame inductee. The event will be hosted by acclaimed unscripted producer and on-air personality Carlos King.

The announcement was made by BIG Media co-Founders Jon Loew, Danny Wilk, and Martin Kaše, along with ZDF Studios’ Director of Unscripted, Nikolas Huelbusch. The 2025 output deal will include multiple series, with a guaranteed minimum of 18 hours.

Sejdiu’s enhanced role will see him take on responsibility for overseeing the development of major unscripted projects, working closely in collaboration with genre HoDs, commissioners and the indies pitching them. He will also be tasked with identifying new opportunities for development across the slate.
