Banijay Kids & Family announced Warner Bros. Discovery in Asia Pacific has acquired season seven of hit spy-fi animation, “Totally Spies!” for Southeast Asia and South Korea. Produced by Zodiak Kids & Family France (part of Banijay Kids & Family) in collaboration with Gulli and Warner Bros. Discovery, Latam, EMEA and US, the 26x22’ series will air on Warner Bros. Discovery platforms across Southeast Asia and South Korea, including Cartoon Network.

“Totally Spies!” follows the hilarious, action-packed adventures of Sam, Clover, and Alex, who double as secret agents. Season seven marks the return of the show, following an 11-year hiatus, and sees the trio embark on their biggest adventure yet, moving to a new city, Singapore. With fresh gadgets and a new WOOHP boss, they face their trickiest nemesis to-date, but they’re still the same butt-kicking, action-loving, girl-power spies!

Delphine Dumont, Chief Commercial Officer, Banijay Kids & Family said: “The show’s dynamic blend of humour, action, and girl-power is as pertinent today as it was when it first launched in 2001. The return of the spies has already been well-received by audiences in France and Latin America, and we are thrilled to bring the new adventures of Sam, Clover, and Alex to Southeast Asia and South Korea too.”

Following its premiere in France on Gulli, and launch on Discovery Kids Latam, the successful rebooted seventh season will also air around the world on Warner Bros. Discovery networks and platforms across EMEA and the U.S. An eighth season of “Totally Spies!” has also been confirmed with commissioning broadcasters Gulli and Warner Bros. Discovery EMEA. And a live-action adaptation is in development, produced by Banijay Kids & Family in partnership with Amazon MGM Studios and Gloria Sanchez Productions.
