Xilam Group to present two new CGI series to Cartoon Forum

The two titles, “‘Piggy Builders’ and “Wild Life City," targeted at children of ages ranging from preschool to 11 years old, will help boost Xilam's CGI slate.

Xilam Animation plans to present two new CGI animation projects, “‘Piggy Builders’ and “Wild Life City,”  at this year’s Cartoon Forum. Through these releases, the French animation studio hopes to strengthen its CGI catalog.  “We are continuing to grow and diversify our slate with new vibrant CGI projects following our successful foray into the format,” Marc du Pontavice, Founder and CEO at Xilam Animation, said.  “‘Piggy Builders’ and ‘Wild Life City’ are perfect additions to our production slate.” 

Targeted at preschool children, and children between the ages of 6 and 11, the titles reveal various new stories and characters that represent Xilam's style.“We are very much looking forwarding to debuting the series and introducing them to the global marketplace at Cartoon Forum,” du Pontavice said. 

"Piggy Builders,"  created by Marie Manand, Julien Hazebroucq and Emmanuelle Leleu shows kids scenarios that represent the importance of teamwork and family. The 11 52-minute episodes follows a trio of piggy builders, Cesar, Charlie and Cornelia, as they build modern interiors using clever architecture and eco-friendly materials.

Action comedy series, "Wild Life City," created by Nicolas Deveaux, was co-produced by Cube Creative Production and Xilam, shows Wildlife city, where the sea neighbors the streets and all the animals live in harmony.  The 39 13-minute show, follow Turtle Kate, Koala Betty, Elephant Tom and Flamingo Jason as they explore The Lighthouse Market and undergo a setof chases and stunts.
