VIRAL TIKTOKER SARAH COOPER RECEIVES NETFLIX SPECIAL

The show, “Sarah Cooper: Everything’s Fine” will premiere this fall. Danielle Renfrew Behrens and Lyonne will executively produce the trump impersonator's show through their production company Animal Pictures.

YouTube standout, Sarah Cooper, the comedian who went viral this year on TikTok and Twitter for her political satire videos impersonating Donald Trump, is getting her comedy special on Netflix. “Sarah Cooper: Everything’s Fine” will premiere this fall.

The show will be directed by Natasha Lyonne, and Maya Rudolph will serve as one of the executive producers. Danielle Renfrew Behrens and Lyonne executive produce through their production company Animal Pictures, alongside Cooper and Paula Pell, with Chris Burns of AGI Entertainment and Dan Powell of Irony Point are also executive producers. 

The variety special will be filled with vignettes dealing with issues of politics, race, gender, class, and other light subjects, according to streaming platform. Guests will participate in interviews and sketches. Cooper will be joined by special guests.

Sarah Cooper has been pursuing comedy full time since 2014 and has published several books. The comedian went viral on social media platforms earlier this year when she began sharing political satire videos of her impersonating Donald Trump by lip-syncing to his speeches. Cooper’s videos have racked in millions of views across various platforms, including Instagram, TikTok, Twitter, and YouTube. Her first viral video, “How to Medical,” has garnered over 22 million views on Twitter. She has 2.1 million followers on Twitter and 282,000 on YouTube and has been retweeted and praised by a multitude of entertainers, including Lin-Manuel Miranda, Ben Stiller, Halle Berry, Chrissy Teigen and Cher.
