ATF 2021: 26 Unifrance's members showcased their content to Asian buyers

The French flagship shows will be accessible up on the event’s digital platform, until June 30, 2022.

This year 26 French companies, members of Unifrance, are participating in ATF Online+, the 22nd edition of Asia’s premier international market dedicated to the distribution, financing and coproduction of entertainment programs across all media. They will be invited to present their catalogs to more than 1,000 buyers from across the Asia Pacific region during individual meetings held over the three days of the market. And they can spotlight their flagship shows on the event’s digital platform, which will be accessible up until June 30, 2022.

“Attending the ATF this year is a highlight of our year as Asia is an up-and-coming region and the world’s third biggest market for animation. Following our collaboration with the French Embassy in China in October in Beijing, where we presented 15 animation series to Chinese buyers, we are delighted to work with the Alliance Française of Singapore this year to present The Night of the French TV Series, our first event dedicated to promoting the diversity of French mass production to the general public”, says Sarah Hemar, Deputy Managing Director of UniFrance in charge of Audiovisual and Digital.

THE NIGHT OF THE FRENCH TV SERIES
The Night of the French TV Series is part of the vOilah ! France Singapore Festival and is copresented with the French Embassy. It is the first event in Singpore dedicated to promoting the diversity of French mass production to the general public. During the three “Series” evenings from December 3 – 5, a selection of the best French productions of 2020 and 2021 will be screened included “L’amour flou” directed by Romane Bohringer; “Une île” directed by Julien Trousselier; “VTC” directed by Julien Bittner; “Ils étaient dix” directed by Pascal Laugier; “Stalk” directed by Simon Bouisson and Victor Rodenbach and “Le Voyageur” directed by Stéphanie Murat.
