"Zig & Sharko"
Unifrance will present its 21st Unifrance TV Export Awards on December 16 at the Trianon in Paris, during the PROCIREP French Television Producer Awards ceremony, of which the organization is a partner. Every year since 2004, these awards have recognized the French television programs that have achieved the most sales internationally.
The TV Export Awards highlight the professionalism and expertise of French distribution companies, as well as the international appeal of French creation in the three program categories of animation, documentary, and drama.
In 2023, sales of French audiovisual programs remained at a high level of €203.4 million, albeit down 5.3% on 2022, which had been an exceptional year. However, for the third time in 30 years, sales exceeded the symbolic €200 million threshold, confirming a sterling performance.
