Content Americas announces next year's slate of speakers

More than 650 buyers have been confirmed as more majors join the exhibitors line-up

C21 has added 10 speakers to the Content Americas conference program, designed for the three-day market in Miami between 23 and 2 January,  2024. According to the company, 50 new buyers signing up in the past week alone.

The panel focusing on Hispanic creative producers of the future includes Spanish filmmaker Álex de la Iglesia and his fellow Pokeepsie Films co-founder Carolina Bang alongside Argentinian TV and film director, writer and producer Juan José Campanella.

The list of speakers also includes Global Agency CEO Izzet Pinto and actor Barış Kılıç, star of the hit drama, "One Love." In addition, Adriana 'Dida' Silva, VP and managing director of Floresta; Diego Guebel, president of Boxfish TV; and Amparo Castellano, head of non-fiction content at The Mediapro Studio, are also confirmed to take part in a panel focusing on unscripted coproduction with Lat Am and Spain. Elsewhere across the agenda, Telemundo's Sandra Smester joins a US Hispanic panel and RTVE's José Pastor joins a Spanish commissioners line-up.
