Content Americas confirms first raft of exhibitors for 2024 event

The event will welcome back Sony Pictures Television, some of the largest Lat Am players, such as Globo, RCN Estudios, TV Azteca, BTF Media, Comarex, as well as Beta Films, Fremantle, Dori Media, OTTera, Media Hub, Great Movies, Polar Star, Screenbright, Secuoya Studios, TV Film/TVN, among various others yet to be announced. C21 has also confirmed the addition of a new international formats strand.

Content Americas has unveiled the list of exhibitors who have confirmed their attendance for 2024's edition. The event will take place in Miami Downtown Hilton between 23-25 January, and will feature a Formats & Factual strand in the conference agenda.

Following its success in 2023, with tickets sold out, the event will welcome back Sony Pictures Television, some of the largest Lat Am players, such as Globo, RCN Estudios, TV Azteca, BTF Media, Comarex, as well as Beta Films, Fremantle, Dori Media, OTTera, Media Hub, Great Movies, Polar Star, Screenbright, Secuoya Studios, TV Film/TVN with many more pending.

Content America organizers also secured a two-years deal with Worldwide Audiovisual Women Association (WAWA), which is bringing 20 companies on the biggest booth of the market floor of 1200sqft. The inaugural event attracted 1,600 content executives and scored an 8.5 rating from delegates who attended the market and conference. Organizers also confirmed plans to There will also be a Content Americas Pitch Competition at the event in Miami 2024, with a prize of US$25,000-worth of marketing across C21’s platforms for the winning show. The competition is designed to provide financing for the best new ideas coming out of the Hispanic content business.

Content Americas 2024 will also host a Formats & Factual strand in the conference programme, with a set of sessions focused on developing international unscripted business across the three-day event. C21 has also announced that Content Americas 2024 will host the inaugural North American Hitmakers HOT100, an initiative designed to bring key US and Canadian programmers into the Miami mix in January.

The conference will be made up of  sessions designed to examine how these key executives are programming the future will be part of the conference agenda. It also host the inaugural Rose d’Or Latinos, a celebration of the best programming from across the Spanish-speaking world, and an extension of the heritage Rose d’Or awards brand. Entries will become accessible over the summer.
