After a successful exhibition at Mipcom, Tabii, the new global streaming service by Turkey’s national broadcaster TRT, will showcase its distinctive blend of Turkish entertainment and exclusive originals at the Dubai International Content Market, aiming to forge partnerships with international collaborators and content creators.

Launched by the Turkish Radio and Television Corporation in May 2023, Tabii plans to offer its unique mix of Turkish entertainment to a global audience. Positioning itself as the digital go-to destination for Turkish content, Tabii will make its first appearance at the DICM 2023 in a major step towards expanding the platform’s brand presence on the global stage and increasing international exposure of Turkish productions.

Poised to grow into a flagship of Turkey in the digital streaming industry, Tabii offers high quality content that embraces cultural diversity, resonates with families, and appeals to common values and in multiple languages for viewers all around the world. The service is inspired by the success of TRT productions such as “Resurrection Ertuğrul,” “Hold My Hand,” and “Melek: A Mother's Struggle,” which have become global hits and been recognized with awards. In addition to TRT legacy content, Tabii offers new content in multiple genres, including historical drama, action, comedy, thriller, and more.

Tabii’s diverse content boasts a variety of unique TV series including “Rumi,” the story of the life of Rumi as a paragon of tolerance and peace; “Free Sky,” a series of action-packed stories of the fighter pilots of the Turkish Air Force; and “Little Archer: Iskender,” a much-loved TRT children’s production offering brand new stories; as well as star-studded comedy “Say No More,” psychological thriller “The Last Day,” and the very first project of Turkey’s superhero universe, “Altay.”

During the Dubai International Content Market, scheduled from November 22 to 23 at the Madinat Jumeirah Conference Centre, Tabii invites partners and collaborators to connect with them at Booth A05, where they can explore potential opportunities and be among the pioneers who will shape the future of Turkish entertainment in the global arena, the company said.
