Canal+, Rai, ZDF, DR, SVT and Yle are the first broadcasters and platforms to join the Drama Commissioners strand at Content London 2023. Moreover, Sky Studios announced that it will outline its content plans at the event.

In a series of Content Strategies sessions, leading drama commissioners from broadcasters, channels and platforms around the world will discuss their original content and acquisition strategies as well as opportunities for new coproduction partnerships.

Meanwhile, Sky Studios’ executives Cécile Frot-Coutaz, Meghan Lyvers and Nils Hartmann will present the company’s vision for the future during a keynote panel. In detail, CEO Frot-Coutaz will discuss the strategic vision for Sky Studios, after which Lyvers, UK and Ireland Director of Original Drama, and Hartmann, EVP for Germany and Italy, will talk about their content strategies and the opportunities for coproduction partnerships.

According to its organizers, Content London remains the most important development marketplace in the world, where major drama commissioners gather to share their plans and meet with potential partners. The event takes place across five venues between November 27-30.
