Dutch sales agent Incredible Film unveils its slate of high-end family feature films and series for MIP Junior 2024, including a new screen adaption of best-selling children’s book "Superpowers for your Mind", "Miss Vomit and the Ingenious Escape", "Mister Twister Moving Out" and the second series of internationally successful title, "Saïd & Anna", which is set to go into production in October. This new series takes place during the school holidays and follows Saïd & Anna on new adventures as they discover new items brought into to Saïd’s parent’s repair shop. This series will see the development of Saïd and Anna’s characters as they give broken items such as lamps and toys a new life.

The first series was well received by international audiences, due to its central themes of diversity, inclusivity and environmentalism, and has been sold to SVT (Sweden), NRK (Norway) and seven other territories.

This year Incredible Film will introduce "Superpowers for your Mind" (92’) inspired by the bestselling book by Wouter de Jong, which has sold 140,000 copies worldwide. The story centres around Lev, who feels trapped by his strict parents. All that changes when his mischievous grandmother whisks him away on an exciting adventure. Together, they face a series of challenges that reveal Lev’s inner strengths – the real superpowers of his mind. Combing adventure with important values, the film sees Lev face his fears and build self-confidence whilst embracing his emotions. "Superpowers for your Mind" premiered in the Netherlands earlier this year, securing over 130,000 cinema admissions. The film’s core messages about courage, resilience and emotional growth make it engaging for young international audiences. Incredible Film has already sold the film to Germany.

Incredible Film will present "Miss Vomit and the Ingenious Escape" (90’), the sequel to the first film, "Miss Vomit and the Magical Ring" which saw over 240,000 admissions in Dutch cinemas in 2023. Miss Vomit is back with more awful rules and a plan to split up the best friends in the classroom. But Lotte and Thijs won’t let it happen. They set out to do everything they can to drive her away from the school. Together with Miss Evi and her magical ring, a mysterious compass, and Vomit’s scary friends Greta and Alie, they must come together to stop Miss Vomit from ruining their school days. "Miss Vomit and the Ingenious Escape" will premiere in Dutch cinemas in December.

Joining the line-up is "Mister Twister Moving Out" (75’), the new family adventure film, that follows the success of the previous titles in the series "Mister Twister Class of Fun", "Mister Twister Goes Camping", and "Mister Twister on Stage". With Mister Twister moving house and Tobias’s mother meeting a new partner, a lot is changing for Tobias. With Miss Dreus organising a big treasure hunt and the class working on a great robot project, there’s lots going on at school. But Tobias and Mr Casey learn that change is not always bad. The film has already been sold to Germany and France, and Incredible Film will look to engage new partners at the market.
