During the third day of Digital MIPTV, one of the highlights of the event’s agenda took place, as Marc Anthony, renowned singer, songwriter, record executive, television producer, actor and philanthropist, was interviewed by JC Acosta, President ViacomCBS International Studios & Networks Americas, in a panel titled “Behind the curtain: a conversation with Marc Anthony”.

During the session, Anthony and Acosta announced the collaboration between VIS, a ViacomCBS division, and Magnus Studios for a new co-production called “Liked,” a comedy about a millennial obsessed with adding the most likes among her followers in each of her posts on social networks. The series is written and directed by the renowned and award-winning director Gabriela Tagliavini.

"We are very excited. It is an honor to have the opportunity to work with ViacomCBS International Studios on these projects. That mean a lot to us, and to be able to share with the world stories that bring out our culture,"  Marc Anthony said.

"Our partnership with Magnus Studios and an artist as talented as Marc is a reaffirmation of our studio's commitment to telling unique and compelling stories that resonate with audiences around the world. We couldn't be more excited to announce the production of ‘Liked,’”  JC Acosta commented.

Furthermore, Anthony and Acosta revealed the trailer for the animated series “Gloria wants to know it all,” another project announced as part of the first look deal recently signed between VIS and Magnus for the development, creation and production of content and music.

This show tells the story of an eight-year-old alpaca that lives in a big city. Her adventure begins when she spends a vacation at the home of her grandmother who lives in the small town of Lanugo, a living expression of the wealth of Latin America, where there is much to learn. There she will meet not only a wonderful world to explore, but also great friends with whom she will face new challenges.

“Even adults can learn something from ‘Gloria wants to know it all’. I wish I had something like this when I was young. Gloria represents me in many ways. No matter what language, there are many life lessons which are universal. I could not be prouder of ‘Gloria wants to know it all’,”  Anthony admitted.
