"Raul Seixas: Let Me Sing"
The Globoplay Original Series that pays tribute to one of Brazil's most iconic singers and songwriters, "Raul Seixas: Let Me Sing" will have its first worldwide exhibition on March 25th, at 6pm, during Series Mania. The event, which is one of the largest international festivals dedicated to the series format, takes place from March 21 to 28 in Lille, France. The session will be attended by actor Ravel Andrade, who plays Raul in the production, as well as Paulo Morelli, creator and director, and Pedro Morelli, director of the series.
The title is created by Paulo Morelli and directed by Paulo with Pedro Morelli, produced by O2 Filmes. The cast includes names such as João Pedro Zappa, Amanda Grimaldi, Carol Abras, Julia Stockler, Chandelly Braz, Cyria Coentro and a special appearance by Julio Andrade.
Ravel Andrade celebrated the selection:"I’m very happy that the series is already reaping some rewards even before its premiere in Brazil. The Globoplay Original series "Raul Seixas: Let Me Sing" explores the cultural, political, and spiritual influences of the singer and songwriter, reflecting the artist's complexity and brilliance, his internal struggles, and his constant search for authenticity and freedom of expression. His personal relationships are explored in depth, revealing the complexity of his character and the mutual influences between his life and his work.
