“The Girl Without a Name" tells about Marion and her little sister Jeanne, who witness their mother Catherine (Cécile de France) getting back with a man who brings back bad memories. One evening, the man assaults Catherine in a drunken rage, forcing Marion to intervene violently to help her. Panicked, Marion runs to her father’s, who is normally not allowed to see his daughters. He takes advantage of Marion's distress to convince her to move to Brussels with him under a new identity. Fifteen years later, Marion (Diane Rouxel), having heard nothing from her mother and sister, finds Jeanne (Salomé Dewaels) - who is now a singer - on the internet, and sets off to meet her. But Jeanne doesn't recognize her, so Marion decides to introduce herself under her new name: Louise. Pretending to want to write an article about her, Louise interferes in Jeanne's life, learning all over again about the girl she was once so close to, while seeking answers to the questions that have haunted her since childhood. It's a game of deception and pretense that plunges her back into her past, and leads her to cross paths with Catherine again.

The story is about Audrey, 35, who manages the dairy products department for a retail chain, Derval, in Normandy. A few times a week, she also supports her brother who has bravely taken upon the family farm. Like him, Audrey is a fervent advocate for organic and local products. Spotted by Claire Roussel, the head of the purchasing department for Derval, Audrey is asked to join the company’s central purchasing unit in Paris. Convinced she can drive change from within, she accepts, determined to promote fairer practices. However, upon joining, she is confronted by Fournier, a ruthless veteran of the negotiating table. As Audrey struggles to defend the local producers interests, including her brother’s, she navigates a system that challenges her values.
Alexandre René and Julia Schulte said: "We are thrilled to support this unique film on the international stage. This social thriller immerses us in the world of capitalism and large-scale retail.
