Matthias Kirschenhofer will become the sole Managing Director of Sport1 and Robin Seckler to continue as Co-CEO of Sport1 Medien AG together with Dr Matthias Kirschenhofer.

This agreement sees Acunmedya acquiring 50% of the shares in Sport1 GmbH, solidifying a collaboration aimed at reshaping the entertainment media landscape.

The network will exclusively air “FIA Formula 1 World Championship” until 2023 in the Czech Republic and Slovakia. The extended three-year agreement will consist of the Sport1 and Sport2.
